Voices of Detroit #36 Goodwill Industries and Mark Lane
Voices of Detroit #36-Goodwill Industries with Mark Lane
Voices of Detroit with Larry Henry and David Benjamin are in Royal Oak, Michigan at Caribou Coffee for this edition of the show.
We have an important conversation with Mark Lane, Director of Public Relations & Special Events for Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit. We find out about the new “Pay It 4ward” program that is an investment in Detroit, its people and economy.
We also find out exactly what Goodwill Industries does and hopefully change some long held assumptions about an organization that is retraining thousands of Detroit area residents for new jobs.
Take 15 minutes and listen to this program and most importantly, we ask you become a part of the Pay It 4ward program!

Mark moved on to the PR world and two years ago joined Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit.
Goodwill is the only organization in Metro Detroit solely dedicated to fighting local unemployment. No, they don’t do “old clothes” anymore. They are putting people back to work and preparing them for the regions jobs of the future.
