Voices of Detroit #30-Filmemerge and Movie Director Sam Kadi

Voices of Detroit with Larry Henry and David Benjamin take up residence at Crust Pizza and Wine Bar, 6622 Telegraph Road in Bloomfield, Township to discuss Michigan's growing film industry.

Joining us on the program is Jonathan Rayos, CEO of Filmerge, "The production resource and film distribution center."

Sam Kadi is a movie director, producer, and screenwriter who resides in Walled Lake, Michigan and is having his short "Raised Alone" about to be featured at the Detroit-Windsor International Film Festival.

These two gentlemen give an insight into how the film industry is finding a home in Michigan and in some new programs unfolding to help workers prepare for jobs in the industry.

This film helped in raising 4 million dollars in one night at the fundrising Dinner. -YOUR CHOICE was Aired on 2 public access T.V's and was mentioned in Oakland Press Newspaper in Michigan.
