Kimberly Leclercq is the co-founder of SOZO | Pivotal (www.sozopivotal.com), a brand identity and design firm in Royal Oak.

Kimberly started ADOPT MORE (www.adoptmore.com) in February 2009, which is an educational forum about adoption and gives prospective adoptive parents a platform to raise funds to bring their little ones home. Kimberly has also had her first children's
